Form Privacy Policy Complaints

Focus is to ensure that the vision you have for your website is exactly how you want it and to be able to enjoy it after we are done. Obviously there are certain legal rules we have to follow, so we have set certain guidelines and policies. These are designed for your protection as well as ours.

YOUR SATISFACTION

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied while the website is being created and after it is done. If for any reason you are not happy with the progress, the design, or any other part of the project, we want you to let us know, at any time, so we can fix the problem. Our goal is to make sure the finished website is exactly the way you want it and that you are completely happy with it.

Service Limitations

CRISP Strategies reserves the right to refuse to build or work on a website for any customer, at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, websites we deem offensive or contain obscene content.

When a written quote and contract has been executed between CRISP Strategies and a client and a violation of that contract occurs, either party reserves the right to terminate the contract upon written notice to the other party.

Written notice should be provided by certified or registered mail.

Client Privacy

CRISP Strategies strongly believes in maintaining client privacy. CRISP Strategies maintains client information through paper and digital files that we keep secured. We take great care in insuring this information is safeguarded and not made available to anyone at any time. We will not share any of the information with any third party, unless directed by a court of law.

CRISP Strategies maintains a client's email for the purposes of communicating with the client. We do maintain a listing of email addresses for the purpose of distributing our occasional newsletters and include options for clients to have their email address removed by unsubscribing from those newsletters.

Form Privacy Policy

When you complete any of our forms, either online or offline, CRISP Strategies will never provide, sell or rent any of the information you provide to third-parties for the purpose of advertising, the sales of any services or items, or compiling email lists without your permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Any lists of email addresses maintained by CRISP Strategies are not sold or rented to any business or individual.

Complaints

CRISP Strategies receives a complaint from a client, we will do everything necessary to resolve the complaint to the client's satisfaction.

If CRISP Strategies receives a complaint from a third party regarding website-related actions, the complaint will be forwarded to the client for their resolution.

Copyright Complaints

If a complaint is received that involves possible copyright infringement, CRISP Strategies reserves the right to take any and/or all of the following actions:

Notify the client of the complaint.

Temporarily remove the disputed material from the website, if CRISP Strategies has such capability.

CRISP Strategies may provide assistance within reason and capability, to help resolve the dispute, when requested by the client. If the third party is represented by an attorney, client will assume responsibility for obtaining counsel to resolve the issue(s).

Depending on the outcome of the dispute, cancel any existing contract CRISP Strategies may have with the client.
